Choose your comfortable three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit based on its oceanfront, oceanside, or Shore Drive location. Pelican's Watch is close to the area's famed "Restaurant Row", golf courses, excellent shopping, and numerous entertainment and amusements. Guests can also take advantage of water sports, enjoyable night life, and fishing at the nearby Apache Pier. Enjoy the beauty of South Carolina's Grand Strand from our facility. Two cable TV's and two non cable. Limit two parking spaces per unit.

We were very please with maintenance for getting us umbrella by pool.

We stayed 9 days and had a great time. Some seating that was more comfortable in the living room, the commodes are low..need to be replaced with higher ones, older people or with handicaps it was hard to get up and down. All in all we were pleased.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:  30% of the reservation amount  is necessary to confirm a reservation, and must be received on or before the above indicated cancellation date or the reservation will be automatically canceled.  Credit Card payments are necessary when your arrival is less than one month away.  Personal checks are acceptable only if received 30 days prior to arrival date. When deposit is made, there is a 24 hr opt out at no cost.
BALANCE DUE:  The balance must be paid in full thirty (30) or more days prior to arrival date for faster check-in.  MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express will be accepted.  We cannot accept personal or business checks at check in.  *$50.00 fee for returned checks.  *$40.00 fee if balance is not paid in full prior to arrival.
CHECK-IN: If the unit is clean and ready, we will allow you in before before check in time of 4PM. Please note that check in time may be extended for special cleaning and maintenance if required. Call for information. Pick up keys at our office: 9581 Shore Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC or as directed by the office staff.  For after hour arrival, please call us for instructions. Balance must be paid in full, rental agreement signed before keys can be given out.  A valid driver’s license and credit card are necessary to check in.
CHECK-OUT:  Before 10:00AM.  Day of Departure.  There is a $40.0 per hour late check out fee.  If property is not vacated by 12:00PM, a full days rent will be charged.
